Aquarius gets approval for 50 pct stake in Platinum Mile

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - Aquarius Platinum said on Wednesday it had received approval from the South African Competition Authorities and the country's Reserve Bank (SARB) to acquire a 50 percent stake in Platinum Mile Resources.

"Following approvals from the South African Competition Tribunal and the SARB, the 420 million rand consideration for 50 percent of the issued share capital of Platinum Mile will now be paid," Aquarius said in a statement.
