PRETORIA (Reuters) - South Africa's Reserve Bank expects houshold spending to remain constrained and said on Thursday recent indicators showed negative growth will continue in the second quarter. A central bank statement also said the risk to the inflation outlook had been reduced by the relative strength of the rand. | |
